Pretend its winter in July with this fake snow recipe and let your children go to war in the backyard. Although it may not cool them off, this messy activity will surely keep them entertained.

Materials:
Cookie sheet or large bowl
Two boxes cornstarch
One can shaving cream

Directions:
Mix together two boxes of cornstarch and one can of shaving cream. Help your children carefully mold the soft, fluffy mixture into “snowballs.” Take the snowballs outside, invite friends over and go to war!
