Job Posting: Freelance Writer for Atlanta Parent

Atlanta Parent Magazine is hiring a freelance writer to contribute online articles on local things to do, restaurants, parties, events, and travel. The ideal candidate loves to explore all the fun things to do in Atlanta and has background in English or journalism. Photography skills to accompany copy is preferred.  In addition, familiarity with SEO and social media is preferred.

Responsibilities include:

• Create engaging and thoughtful content for our readers.
• The ability to meet regular submission deadlines.
• Provide high quality photography or other media to accompany copy.
• A good sense of writing conventions and an eye for details.
