Rain Boot Garden
By Atlanta Parent Editorial . June 2, 2014
Gather kids’ outgrown rubber boots.
Cut a hole in the bottom of the boots for excess water to drain.
Pick out some colorful bedding plants at the local nursery.
Fill the boot up to the tip of the toes with potting soil and horse manure.
In each boot, fit 2 or 3 flowers depending on how little the top of the boot is.
Make sure boots are placed in the sun or shade depending of the flower.
Water the boots.
Watch them grow!
