Plaster of Paris Sand Prints
By Atlanta Parent Editorial . July 22, 2014
Take the footprints your child makes in the sand back home and use them as special garden stones.
Do this project each time your family goes to the beach and compare how much your child’s feet grow. If you aren’t going to the beach this year, they can just as easily be made in a sandbox at home.
Shells, rocks or sea glass if desired
Plaster of Paris (can be purchased at local craft store or Wal-Mart)
Find a damp spot of sand and follow the instructions on the Plaster of Paris box.
