Muscle Makin’ Milkshake
What you’ll need:
1 cup of milk
1 cup plain yogurt
2 Tbs. honey or maple syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup frozen fruit (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries and/or peach slices)
2 cups ice cubes
This power drink is a great afternoon snack, especially after a fun-filled day outside. To make, combine milk, yogurt, honey and vanilla in a blender. Blend on low until combined. Gradually add frozen fruit, blending on high. Add ice cubes, one at a time, until blended.
