Saturday’s theme is “Let it Shine” with author of “Just Add Glitter,” Angela Diterlizzi. Sunday, the theme is Jedi with “Are You Scared, Darth Vader?” author Adam Rex. Line up at the Community Bandstand. Decatur. Free.
