Breakfast: Campfire Toasted Cinnamon Rolls

Pop open a can of cinnamon rolls and divide them.
Insert roasting prongs through the side of the cinnamon roll in the center of the bun, making sure it’s near the back of the prongs.
Place your roll over the hot embers, rotating frequently on all sides for 8-12 minutes, depending on the heat of your campfire.
Allow to cool slightly before removing from the prongs.

Dessert: Campfire S’mores Banana Boats

Cut four 12″ sheets of foil. Make a deep lengthwise cut along the inside of each banana, being careful not to cut all the way through. Open slit to form pocket.
Fill each banana with 2 tbsp. chocolate chips, 2 tbsp. marshmallows and 2 tbsp. graham cereal.
Wrap each banana in foil, making sure that foil opening is on top. Using tongs, set wrapped bananas over campfire; cook 8-10 minutes.
