Activity: Yogurt Cups

Yogurt is a delicious dairy item that is both healthy and refreshing. To make this treat even better, we paired it with a warm and flaky custard cup. Kids will enjoy helping out on this easy recipe.
What you will need:
¾ cup of Gold Medal all-purpose flour
¼ cup of margarine or butter (softened)
3 tablespoons of powdered sugar
2- 3 teaspoons of cold water
1 1/3 cups of yogurt (any flavor)

Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.
Mix flour, margarine and powdered sugar until you obtain a crumbly texture; sprinkle in water, 1 teaspoon at a time and stir until dough forms.
Press 3 tablespoons of dough into the bottom and sides of 4 ungreased 6-ounce custard cups to within ½ inch of top.
Bake cups until golden brown, this should take about 10-12 minutes. Remove cups with a small metal spatula – be careful not to burn yourself!
Let cups cool on wire rack and then fill each cup with 1/3 cup of yogurt; add fresh fruit for a cool and tasty summer delight.
