Geology Workshop: Can You Dig It?

Discover fluorescence and various optical and physical properties as you learn the basics of minerals. This workshop includes hands-on activities and take-home specimens to get you started. Space is limited to the first 60 people. June 24. 10 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Ages 8 and older. Advance registration for members only until June 2. $30 per person. Prepaid reservations required. Reservations close at noon the day before the workshop. Children must be accompanied by a paying adult. Cancellation policy: 48 hours before for full refund.
