Atlanta ’96: Shaping an Olympic and Paralympic City

On September 18, 1990, Atlanta was named the host of the Centennial Olympic Games, recognizing the city’s growing importance on the international stage and the efforts of residents who worked to bring the games to Atlanta. The exhibition explores the legacy of the games with iconic and unexpected objects, archival materials, images and interactive experiences. Reservation required: $23.41; ages 13-18, $19.60; ages 4-12, $9.80; ages 3 and younger, free.
