See 100 juried “Arts in the Heart Artists,” five stages of entertainment with cultural music and dance, a new stage featuring poetry, storytelling, acoustic music and more, an area for families, international food booths and more.  Sept. 15, 5-9 p.m.; Sept. 16, 11 a.m.-9 p.m. and Sept. 17, 11 a.m.-6 p.m. $12-$15.
