Artillery Demonstrations

Visitors can see the steps taken to fire cannons during the American Civil War. Artillerists explain the steps of firing a cannon by detailing the role of each person working the cannon. Afterwards, the process is performed in real time and the cannon is fired. May 11, 26 and 27. 11 a.m., noon, 2 and 3 p.m. (each lasts around 30 min.)
