Ahava is the Hebrew word for love, and at Ahava Early Learning Center, Jewish traditions, culture and values are woven into the experiences of the children. They welcome seekers of knowledge and experience, warmth and community to join as they explore the world through a child’s lens. Offering an environment rich in indoor/outdoor learning and play throughout all four seasons, teachers cultivate a child’s capacity to construct individual learning experiences. Through a curriculum grounded in Constructivist philosophy and inspired by the schools of Reggio Emilia, teachers skillfully pull out the learning threads children build upon as they grow into empathetic, dynamic leaders of tomorrow.
