The school offers innovative early childhood education programs catering to the needs and abilities of children at each stage of their development – from toddler care and primary (preschool) through elementary levels. There is also a robust extended-day program and a Montessori summer camp for the students. Northwoods enrolls preschool children from 12 months to three years of age.
