Welcome to the CAMP THUNDERBIRD where campers have the opportunity to learn, thrive and lead in a safe, action-packed environment.

YMCA Camp Thunderbird is a co-ed overnight camp for kids, ages 6 - 16. Founded in 1936, our ultimate water playground, nurturing counselors, and beloved traditions have given generations of campers from all over the world friendships, adventure and memories to last a lifetime.

Many exciting adventures await your camper through one, two and four week sessions at YMCA Camp Thunderbird this summer. First time campers are invited to visit for a tour or during our TRY CAMP Weekend experience in late March. See website for details, dates and rates.
