The Lovett School
4075 Paces Ferry Road NW, Atlanta
The Lovett School is a community of belonging that develops students of honor, faith, and wisdom with the character and intellect to thrive in learning and in life. Founded in 1926 by Eva Edwards Lovett, Lovett continues today as an Atlanta independent school serving children from Kindergarten through Grade 12. With an emphasis on the whole child that is nationally recognized, Lovett provides integrated experiences in academics, arts, athletics, and service through an education grounded in learning, character, and community. The student body is comprised of 1,640 students from 78 different zip codes, and 11 counties in the metro-Atlanta area, offering bus service both morning and afternoon, from two locations.
Nurturing relationships are at the heart of a Lovett education. In the classroom, on the stage, and on the field we believe that children learn best when they know they are loved. The average class size is 16. Lovett offers 16 sports and fields 69 teams from Grades 7-12.
