Dad’s Garage, a nonprofit comedy theatre in the Old Fourth Ward, has been making Atlantans laugh for over 28 years. Specializing in improv, Dad’s has programming every weekend, from improvised kids shows that incorporate children’s sense of play and imagination to co-create immersive stories, to nighttime hilarity worth the babysitter, to celebrity events. Everyone deserves a laugh, and Dad’s Garage is happy to provide.

Our week-long summer improv camps teach kids the basics of improv in a supportive, encouraging atmosphere. Those improv tenets -- communication, collaboration, and resiliency -- are surrounded by laughter and games, and an opportunity to try something new without fear. Each session culminates in a show for family and friends -- it's a blast. Even a class clown can perfect their craft.
