Exciting New Twist on an Atlanta Tradition! Thanksgiving Day Half Marathon and More

Atlanta Track Club invites you to their Thanksgiving tradition:
Invesco QQQ Thanksgiving Day Half Marathon, 5K, One Mile & 50m Dash

Make your Thanksgiving Day one to remember with thousands of other runners and walkers. Join the longest running half marathon in the state of Georgia, which brings together families of all ages to start their turkey day the healthy way.

With a Half Marathon, 5K, One Mile and 50m Dash, there is a distance for everyone. All finishers will receive a medal, and half and 5K participants also receive a Mizuno long-sleeve shirt.

Don’t Miss the Free Run

Children ages 14 and younger can run the One Mile and 50m Dash for free as a part of the Kilometer Kids Youth Running Series. Kids ages 6-14 run the One Mile, while kids 6 and younger run the 50m Dash. Want to run alongside your kids? Parents can participate in the One Mile for a $10 fee.

Finish on the Field at Georgia State Stadium

A thrilling new finish for the event combines two Thanksgiving traditions: Football and running. This year, nearly 13,000 participants expected for the annual event, will finish their race on the football field inside Georgia State Stadium. Friends and family are welcome to sit in the stands and cheer on the runners and walkers as they cross the finish line. The 50m Dash will take place entirely on the football field.

Enjoy Post-Race Pie and Free Photos

New this year, participants will cross the finish line and receive a post-race pie courtesy of the new title sponsor for the event, Invesco. All participants will also receive free photos to view, download and share on social media.

Donate Clothes and Win Big

Help Atlanta Track Club and Atlanta Mission collect one ton of clothing by entering the Race Number Pick-Up Contest.

Attend any of the four race days and enter by wearing as many articles of clothing as possible. Visit the Atlanta Mission table to have your clothing counted. The person who wears the most articles of clothing will win a $500 Sprouts gift card and gift basket- perfect for holiday grocery shopping. One winner will be announced at the awards ceremony on race day.
