Be Scene Studio
Do you have a young performer or entertainer on your hands? Do you often catch them singing Hannah Montana songs in the mirror? Or, do they “lay on the drama” when asked about homework? If so, a new performing arts studio has opened in Buckhead that works directly with tomorrow’s entertainers offering weekly classes and summer day camps for actors, singers and models.
Be Scene Studio is a new space where creativity and a passion-to-perform collide. Educating entertainers ages 3 and up, and at all talent levels, Be Scene Studio teaches acting concepts and technique for both on-camera and on-stage. There are courses for those who have never performed, and courses for those that are currently working in the industry. There’s even an afternoon preschooler class for some much-needed Mommy-time!
At Be Scene, the artistic development of a performer is a process that includes the student, parents, teachers, and industry professionals. Children are encouraged to try different performance avenues including cross-over work into print modeling or stage acting. Each student receives personal attention as they begin their journey into “the biz.” For more information, contact us at 404.869.6800 or online at www.bescenestudio.com. Roswell BudokanSummer Aikido Camp at the Roswell Budokan is a unique way for your child to learn about the martial arts. We focus on the dynamic martial art of Aikido, a Japanese art that focuses on throws, locks, and pins achieved by using the opponent’s attack against them. Students learn to roll and fall safely, and will learn the basic elements of Aikido, as well as basic self defense and discipline. While we practice a martial art, we train with the philosophy that fighting is always the last resort.
