“We won the gold!” Noisemaker

Plastic water bottle
Red, white, or blue spray paint
Red, white, and blue electrical tape (1/2 inch)
Beans, gravel, or beads (any small objects)
Newspaper

1.  Lay out newspaper
2.  Remove lid. Spray water bottles solid color (red, white or blue)
3. Allow to dry completely
4. Add beans, gravel or beads
5. Screw the top on the water bottle.
6. Decorate with red, white and blue tape.
6. Shake it up.

Now you are ready to cheer on your favorite athletes!
