The Chattahoochee Nature Center offers an exciting day for Dads on Father’s Day. Starting at noon, Dad gets in free and at 1 p.m., the Father’s Day Paddle canoe trip starts. Celebrate Dad and Grandpa with this 2 ½ hour expedition down and back to Riverside Park; canoes will take out at the park, and let the kids run off that extra energy at the playground. June 19. Sun. at Stone Mountain Park

This Father’s Day at Stone Mountain come out and see vintage cars. Mustangs, Camaros, Chevys, Beetles, and more, all from the 1950s, will be on display. Community heroes come in uniform and Dads come as you are, and receive a free Fernbank ticket. Kids are encouraged to wear their favorite superhero costume for an afternoon full of hero fun, including a costume contest, character photo-op, and superhero mask making. June 19.
