Homemade Ice Cream
Make your own ice cream right at home; no machine necessary.
½ cup whole milk or half and half
1 tablespoon sugar
1 capful vanilla flavoring
Food coloring (any color you’d like)
2 Ziploc bags (one large bag and one small bag)
Mix milk, sugar, flavoring and food coloring in the small Ziploc bag and seal with as little air as possible.
Fill the large Ziploc bag with ice and salt. The more the merrier.
Put the small bag into the large bag and seal. Leave a bit of air in the large bag before sealing, so that the ice and salt can move around and coat the small bag.
After about ten minutes, take out the small bag and enjoy.
