Activity: Kool-Aid Painting
Your kids can have a grand time getting artistic with the help of a few Kool-Aid packets.
What you need:
Packets of Kool –Aid in various flavors/colors
Thick paper (painting or construction paper)
Ice cubes
Note: It’s important to point out that this paint will stain, so you might want to do this activity outdoors, or put plenty of newspaper underneath the project.
What to do: Take a piece of paper and sprinkle the Kool-Aid crystals over it. Next, simply rub the ice cube over the crystals and watch the granules dissolve into bright, fruity color! Kids can have fun experimenting with different color combinations.
