Native American dance, music, craft demos, cooking traditions, storytelling, and wildlife presentations take place during this annual weekend event. Guests can enter a tepee and other native dwellings and learn about skills such as flint-knapping, bow making, fire starting, open fire cooking and pottery. 770-498-5690.
Halloween Night on Callanwolde Mountain

Pumpkin Destruction Day

Watch pumpkins be destroyed in nearly every way imaginable. Try the pumpkin cannon, pumpkin bowling or the hammer smash. Watch the pumpkin-bombing airplanes, too. Test your appetite by entering the pie-eating contest. Catch a glimpse of some impressive monster trucks crushing pumpkins and cars. 706-647-6374.
