Nirvana Café & Grille

  What’s on the menu:
Flavorful, fresh and healthy fare, including BBQ Cheddar Meatloaf with fully loaded mashed potatoes or sautéed pepperjack grits and Chicken Nirvana with three styles to choose from. A variety of seasonal soups and salads round out the menu. Bodacious Burgers are available on the lunch, dinner and brunch menus. And don’t forget to save room for the award-winning homemade ice cream!

Why your kids will like it: For a twist on traditional kid favorites like PB&J, Nirvana offers a Fluff & Nutter – a peanut butter and marshmallow sandwich for little ones to enjoy. Kids will have big smiles with the Say Cheese Quesadilla, to which you can add grilled chicken, turkey or ham for only $1. Mini-meatloaf, finger pasta and chicken fingers are also on the kids’ menu. Each meal is served with mandarin oranges, a drink and a chocolate chip cookie for dessert. Before the meal comes, a plethora of toys and puzzle games will keep children occupied and having fun.

Why parents will like it: There’s something on the menu for everyone. The food is delicious, and the atmosphere is really nice. The wait staff is great with kids and always very accommodating. The prices on everything from appetizers to entrees are reasonable. A full bar and specialty coffee drinks give this eatery an upscale, adult feel while keeping it family-friendly.
