What’s
on the menu: Going to Buca Di Beppo is like
coming home to your sweet Italian
grandmother, who can cook every Italian
comfort food you’ve ever loved or never knew
you’d love. Just like a big family reunion,
Buca is loud and busy and right on target
with its family-style dining, meaning there
is plenty of food to go around. From Di
Beppo’s “1893” salad, brimming with Italian
meats and cheeses, to gnocchi, tortelloni,
spaghetti with meatballs, eggplant
parmigiana, and, of course, desserts like
spumoni and tiramisu, there is something for
everybody.
Why your kids will like it:
Fun music
and an eclectic décor with decorative odds
and ends everywhere set the mood. Kids will
enjoy exploring the restaurant; be sure to
visit the bathroom for the Italian radio and
the walk-through kitchen if you can’t
reserve the primo table there. Of course,
what kid doesn’t love spaghetti or macaroni
and cheese?
Why parents will like it: Variety is
what Buca is all about, and there are plenty
of choices at this restaurant. Pricing suits
small and large groups since dishes are
served family style. For the money, you get
plenty to feed everybody and still have
enough leftovers for a delicious lunch the
next day.
