PlayTown Suwanee
by Mary Abreu

Features: Kids of all ages will have a blast at this 10,000-square-foot, multilevel play structure. The playground has two sections – one for kids under 5 and one for kids 5-12. Regardless of their age, they’ll enjoy exploring the equipment, including six slides, a vertical tunnel, several bridges, swings, ladders, a rock climbing wall, chin-up bars and rings. There’s also a bus, castle, rocket, ship, playhouses, sand box and a hidden phone system.

Amenities: There are 45 parking spaces adjacent to the playground. Benches, restrooms and drinking fountains are available. Picnic tables are just a short walk from the playground, too.

Directions: PlayTown Suwanee is located at 425 Main Street in Old Town Suwanee. From I-85 N, take Exit 111. Take a left off the exit ramp to Lawrenceville-Suwanee Road. Proceed past Buford Hwy (Hwy 23). Take an immediate left after crossing the railroad tracks onto Main Street. PlayTown is on the right.
