Soft Play Areas at Two
Atlanta Malls
North Point Mall • Mall of Georgia
It’s cold and raining outside, the kids are inside and
you need a break. Pack them up and head to the free indoor soft play areas
at the Mall of Georgia or North Point Mall – perfect places for small kids
with extra energy. The play area at the Mall of Georgia welcomes kids to a
make-believe town, with a sturdy airplane, car, globe and cow for them to
climb. The carpet is imprinted with a map of roads and cities, with a
playhouse featured in the center.
Specifically designed for children under 42" tall, the
soft play area at North Point is designed with a heroes theme, with
firefighters, a fire truck and an ambulance as well as a slide and a bridge
to climb over and through. All are built with soft materials to protect
against falls. The play area has plenty of seating for parents plus stroller
parking.
Beware that kids won’t want to leave. Many a mother has
been known to promise her children that they could come back if they behaved
while she shopped. The Mall of Georgia play area is located on the lower
level near Nordstrom and the North Point play area is on the lower level
between Dillards and Parisian.
